The month of August is jam-packed and full of fun activities and challenges. Starting off with the #31WRITENOW Challenge for Bloggers, hosted by Awesomely Luvvie. Many bloggers, including myself, have committed to writing a blog post every day for 31 days. By the time you read this, we’ll be on Day 4. Leaving 27 days remaining. Oh, dear! But so far so good. I am going to stay positive and keep writing.
Then, starting Monday August 5th I will be hosting the ABS-SO-TIGHTLY-RIGHT 24-Day Challenge with 5 members of my private online Facebook support group. We have four women and one male (my hubby) who have decided to commit and hold themselves accountable for 24 days. Everything is done in the privacy of their own homes; members only need to check in daily after each workout and post a pic for accountability. I plan to post each workout daily.
What a great way to keep motivated, stay accountable and great support.
